Our Curation Process for Menopause Products

At Versalie, we care a lot about what we sell and who we sell it to. We’ve put together a curated collection of products to help with a variety of menopause-related concerns. We did lots of research to find products, ingredients, and manufacturers that might be a good fit for you. Now, you have a one-stop menopause shopping experience!

Our online store offers multiple brands that may help you with your menopause journey. We’ve partnered with suppliers who have agreed to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (including those relating to Good Manufacturing Practices). We buy these products directly from the companies that make them and send them straight to you from our warehouse.

We have studied the realities of menopause

We conducted a very large attitudes and usage study for this category in the US. We asked 4,500 females between the ages of 40 and 65 about their experiences with menopause. Those 4,500 represented a diverse group of females across ages, income levels, race, and US geography. Here’s what we found out:

• We uncovered the top menopause symptoms and based our product selection on what the participants told us.
• There’s curiosity about different ways to treat menopause, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT).
• More than one-third of those in perimenopause have symptoms that affect their quality of life.
• Many people don’t realize that their symptoms are part of the menopausal transition. There’s a disconnect and they may not be getting the help they need.
• Menopause can be different for people from different racial/ethnic groups and income levels. We want to make sure we understand how it affects people from all backgrounds.

Evaluation and compliance standards 

To sell their products on our website, our partners must follow a multi-step process, which includes evaluation by a team of the appropriate internal experts. Our partners use ingredients in their products that have been evaluated and considered to be safe and accepted for the recommended use in their intended population. We expect transparency about what goes into their products.

We may update our curation process based on research, guidance, regulations, and customer feedback.
