Versalie is a one-stop-shop for your menopause needs. We offer a combination of expert-reviewed and authored content to help you learn more about menopause, curated products we’ve hand-selected, and access to menopause-specific telehealth.

Is Versalie right for me?

Versalie welcomes everyone — from all life stages and backgrounds. Whether you’re experiencing menopause or supporting someone who is, you're welcome here. When more of us can think and talk about the menopausal experience in a more open, informed, and welcoming way, we can change the way menopause is understood.

Our LEARN content is completely free and provides valuable information about the experience and science of menopause, all written or reviewed by experts.

Our SHOP contains products curated specifically for people who are experiencing symptoms related to menopause.

And Versalie CARE, our connection to telehealth services, is available for those ages 40 to 65.

Is Versalie available where I live?

All Versalie services and products are available nationwide, in all 50 US States + the District of Columbia. Educational content is available regardless of location, but we do not ship products from the Versalie Store internationally, nor can Versalie Care telehealth services be provided to users residing outside the US.

How does Versalie keep my information safe?

Please refer to the “Security” section of our Privacy Policy to learn more. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section of our Privacy Policy.

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information by signing in with your email address and going to the profile page. You can't change your email address after you create it. If you have trouble accessing features or services because your email is outdated, Contact Us so we can work to find a solution.

How do I update my shipping address information?

To change, add, or delete a shipping address, log in to your Versalie account and go to your profile. Click on the existing address you want to update or remove. To add a new shipping address, click the “+Add” button, enter your address information, and select “Save”.

Products & Orders

What shipping methods are available?

We currently ship to US addresses in all 48 contiguous states (does not include Hawaii or Alaska) and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Ground shipping is currently the only shipping method available.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard ground shipping on all orders less than $65 (before taxes and shipping) is $7.95. Shipping is free for all orders $65 or more (before taxes and shipping). Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We also accept Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

When will I be billed for my order?

Your credit card will be charged during checkout and will show as a pending charge in your account until the order is shipped.

How will the payment show up on my billing statements?

Transactions should appear under the name SP VERSALIE for most credit cards with the date and amount you paid. American Express cardholders may see SHOPIFY RETAIL listed on their statements.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don’t ship products internationally. We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous US states (does not include Hawaii or Alaska) and the District of Columbia.

How do I cancel/make changes to my order?

You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of submitting it. To cancel an order, contact customer service by phone via the number on our Contact Us page. Any changes to your order must be made before the order ships.

How do I request a refund?

Items purchased from Versalie.com carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can start a return by contacting our customer service by phone via the number on our Contact Us page.

How do I report a problem with a product?

To report a product complaint, please reach out directly to the manufacturer of the specific product. Manufacturer information can be found on the product bottle, on the manufacturer's website, or the specific product page on the Versalie website under ABOUT THE BRAND.

Do you accept HSA, HRA, or FSA?

Versalie does not accept payment with HSA/FSA cards. However, you may be eligible to submit a claim for reimbursement through your provider.

How quickly does my order ship?

Once your order is placed, orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order by signing in to your Versalie account.

What is virtual care?

Virtual care refers to the delivery of healthcare services remotely, using telecommunications technologies such as video conferencing, phone calls, or secure messaging. Through virtual care, patients can access medical care and consultations from the comfort of their own homes or any location with internet or phone connectivity.

What are the qualifications of the clinicians?

Wheel Health employs board-certified and licensed clinicians from across the US with a variety of backgrounds, but those on Versalie Care all share a common passion for providing high-quality care for those entering and in menopause. All clinicians practicing on Versalie Care have undergone specialized menopause education to prepare them for offering care.

What is Wheel Health?

Wheel Health is a virtual care provider that connects patients to licensed clinicians across the country. By combining board-certified, US-based clinicians and virtual care technology, Wheel helps companies like Versalie Care deliver care that’s timely, convenient, affordable, and equitable so patients receive great virtual care experiences. Wheel powers virtual care for many of the leading brands you likely already know and love!

What type of treatments does Versalie Care provide?

Versalie Care clinicians are educated in the current standard of care and will work with you to determine the best approach to achieve your health goals. They may recommend lifestyle changes, prescription medications, or non-prescription products like vitamins. Ultimately you and your care provider will work together to decide what’s the best fit for you.

Where are virtual care visits available?

Virtual visits can be done from the comfort of your home through a reliable internet connection. Versalie Care virtual visits are offered in 25 states via clinicians licensed to practice in those states. You can currently access Versalie Care in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. We'll continue to explore how we may be able to further extend our reach.

What are the potential advantages of using Versalie Care versus seeing my own healthcare provider?

Versalie Care clinicians have received specific education on menopause and have a passion for providing care to those going through it. In addition, your first appointment will run 30-45 minutes to help your clinician get a comprehensive view of your needs, and follow-up visits are modestly priced for more affordable, ongoing care.

Can I use my insurance?

Insurance is not accepted at this time, but you may be able to use HSA, HRA, or FSA cards to pay for visits, depending on your plan.

How do I log in to Versalie Care?

From the Versalie CARE page, click the "Book an Appointment" button. This will take you to Versalie Care, powered by Wheel. If you've registered with Versalie Care before, sign in using your registered email. No password needed. If you're a new patient, click “Sign Up” and enter your email address. We’ll send an authentication code to your email to complete account setup.

Does Versalie Care offer both hormonal and non-hormonal treatments?

Versalie Care is all about holistic symptom management. Clinicians take the time to get to know the whole you, discuss all parts of your health, and connect the dots between your menopause symptoms. During an appointment, a menopause-trained clinician may discuss a variety of treatment options including hormonal prescriptions, non-hormonal prescriptions, and recommendations for lifestyle changes.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Absolutely! You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. To reschedule a visit on your own, simply schedule a new visit of the same type to replace the previous one. If you need to change an appointment that's in less than 24 hours, please contact Versalie Care support via the chat messaging center. They'll help you find a new visit date and time based on clinician availability, and you won't be charged a rescheduling fee.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you haven't cancelled or rescheduled via the message center or by phone, your care provider will try to contact you at your visit time. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you'll be charged a cancellation fee.
